Harry is an integral member of the business law team at Radnoff Pearl, LLP and uses
his considerable experience to assist our business clients in an efficient client-focused
manner. His practice areas include corporate, commercial, business acquisitions
and sales, real estate (residential, commercial and development), commercial leasing,
franchise law, wills, estate planning and administration, and the early identification
and resolution of disputes through negotiation and mediation.
Born and raised in Montreal, Harry obtained a Bachelor's degree with Honours in
Political Studies (Public Administration) in Montreal before receiving his Law degree
at the University of Moncton, NB in 1994. Harry was called to the Bar of Ontario
in 1996. After articling for Cogan & Cogan, Harry practiced as a sole practitioner
and built a strong clientele providing high quality legal work and exceptional personal
service. In 1999, he built a small boutique firm focusing primarily on business
law and real estate and in 2006 joined the partnership of Radnoff Pearl, LLP to
be able to provide his clients with support in all areas of law.
Harry is a member of several professional associations, including the Ottawa-Carleton
Law Association, the Association of French-Speaking Jurists of Ontario. He is also
registered as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and
Estate-Practitioners (STEP) and more recently in 2006, completed advanced alternative
dispute resolution (Mediation) training at Harvard Law School. Harry is also actively
involved with community activities and is fluent in English, French and Greek and
is pleased to serve his clients in any of these languages.
